One of my friends on Facebook put up a very interesting post a few days ago that really made me think.
It was about the real reason for the “baby on board” or as my dad calls them “fertility signs”, the little plastic window signs that people put on their rear window in cars.
Have you ever wondered why people have them? Continue reading
I have decided that I am going to try and get an idea of which car seat will be best for us.
I have a teeny tiny little car (although I’m very lucky in the fact it has 5 doors) It has basically no boot space, so I have issues with prams and pushchairs, and not much space anywhere else in the car. It also isnt helped that my partner is over 6 foot and so the front passenger seat can’t be too far forward, limiting the space for the baby’s seat in the back.
I would love to have Baby C rear facing for as long as possible, but the seats that rear face until 4 years old are very expensive and although both me and Dan work we can’t really spare £400 for a top of the range one. So we will have to get one that is rearfacing for a while then forward facing.
I still have no idea what would be best for us, a LOT of research will need to be done! Hopefully I can find a suitable one soon.
